I recently learned of the Japanese legend, folding 1000 paper cranes will granted a wish, such as long life or recovery from illness or injury. I can think of no better time to start folding origami paper.

I had to fold origami paper with my kids for a school project. I remember it being a lot of fun.

Here's to good health and long life....Cheers!

The bonsai is such a perfect compliment to the crane! So when are we getting together to fold the other 998 cranes? :)
