Flowers are a wonder in any of stage of development if we just stop to look and observe. Glad you did - it's striking and your blurred hint in the background leaves us wondering.
Beautiful shot! I think I may have come across it tonight in my search to identify another flower, but I don't remember what it was. I looked at way too many flowers! :)
