I've never gotten that phrase, is their minute shorter or longer than the Wisconsin minute? ;)
Lisa ~ a New York minute goes by in a flash, in the blink of a eye. Everything in New York is a fast including the time. I am sure it is MUCH shorter than a Wisconsin Minute. LOL!
