Sky Watch Friday:

Last week we took our visiting, 17 month old, granddaughter to the beach and boardwalk. The sky was bright and the sun was warm, we welcomed the cool breeze blowing off shore. It was a beautiful day for a walk. Along with the arcade games, prize wheels, t-shirt stands, candy apples and cotton candy, you can now pierce just about part of your body. OOOOuch! We were really happy she was too young to be requesting any piercings.

To view Sky Watch Friday.

I feel a little cheated. . . where's the granddaughter? :(

That's hilarious. Give her a year or two: she'll probably want a tattoo by then, too!

Great photo and ... you wait and you shall see when she grows older :)

I don't understand body piercing but then I don't understand a lot of things. I do understand this is a neat post for SWF.

Cute post, I don't want anything pierced except meat on a skewer.

Hopefully it will be out of fashion by the time she's old enough to think about it at all!

I love this post.It reminds me of when I had my ears pierced many years ago.I went to our local chemist who I had known for years.I sat in the chair and waited for him to do the deed.I had my face screwed up in anticipation(or dread). He started laughing and said"What's up, I haven't even touched you yet!"

Sounds like you had a nice day out.

And I'd skip this shop too. I have two sets of holes in each ear and that's more than enough for me. :-)

I'll probably not live long enough to understand the fascination with body piercing. But then I don't like my dentist using needles, either. Good luck!
