Sky Watch Friday: 6-20

Last evening after dinner we went out for ice cream. (And might I add the hot fudge sundae was yummy!) It was a beautiful evening, the air was still warm and there was a gentle breeze. We decided to go over to the bay for a quick evening walk, (in the hopes of walking off the ice cream we had inhaled). I am glad we did. The sky a display of beauty.

Happy SWF! We had the sky up there, all speckled with stars, and we used to lay on our backs and look up at them, and discuss about whether they was made or only just happened... mine's up too hope you can drop by.

Perfect balance of colour and silhouette.

And your previous photo is just great. You have a great gift for finding the right angle and composition.

Nice idea to go out after dinner. Otherwise you wouldn't catch this beautiful sunset and share with us. Now I'm going to find, if it is possible, where you live! Where is it possible to roam in the evening.

Hope you are having a fine Sky Watch Friday...

Those are some really great dogs you have there -- I must find out more about them...

Best regards, Don.

The retired Guide Dogs are some of the finest companions there are. I used to live near Guide Dogs for the Blind in San Rafael, CA and got to see many dogs in training working on the street, their trainers blindfolded.

Beautiful soothing milky sky shot, that's lovely. Bonnie
